Bridget Kelly grew up in St. Louis and attended Cor Jesu Academy in South County. She studied History with an emphasis in Irish History at the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou). Bridget coauthored a chapter in the publication “Stumbling Towards Heaven? Edmond Ronayne’s Response to the Great Famine and Gilded Age America.” She continued her education at the University of Texas-Austin, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education. She taught World Geography and coached Varsity soccer in Austin, Texas, through 2016. Bridget returned home to St. Louis with her daughter and is excited to teach at an all-girls school because she experienced firsthand the power of a Catholic education.
