Kerri Gallen received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri–St Louis, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Catholic Family Services. Kerri works primarily as a school-based therapist at public and parochial schools, serving students from pre-school through high school. She coordinates the Trauma-Informed Programs at Catholic Family Services, and is an experienced speaker and trainer in the area of trauma and stress-related disorders. Kerri is passionate about working with children and adolescents experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and social concerns. She serves on the Advisory Boards for the St. Louis Regional Health Commission, the Alive and Well St. Louis Program, and the Foster Grandparent Program, and works closely with racial equity initiatives in the St Louis region. Kerri provided Marian faculty and staff with trauma training in September of 2016 and joined the staff as Counselor in July 2017. She will be with us one day each week.
