Bridjes O Neil is the Development and Communications Manager at Marian Middle School, where she combines strategic thinking with executional excellence to help further the school’s commitment to educating and uplifting young women. A collaborative leader and dedicated advocate, she anticipates needs, identifies opportunities, and steers key advancement and communications initiatives with a strong focus on equity.
A storyteller at heart, she transforms Marian’s work into resonant, people-focused messages that inspire engagement across St. Louis. She is also currently pursuing her MBA at Washington University in St. Louis and is a proud FOCUS St. Louis Emerging Leader.
Before joining Marian, Bridjes served as a Communications Specialist at Saint Louis University and previously at Normandy Schools Collaborative. Her most formative professional experience came from Justine Petersen, where she worked as a Resource Development Associate supporting community-based economic initiatives. Bridjes began her career as a reporter at The St. Louis American, where she refined her skills in interviewing, research, and storytelling.
A product of both public and Catholic schools, Bridjes values the strengths each system offers young people. Her own educational journey fuels her commitment to institutions that broaden access, opportunity, and hope for students across the region.
