The Marian Village

Proof of Our Promise

“Will she be safe and supported?”

The most important thing for any parent is knowing their daughter is surrounded by people who care as much as they do. Here is what Marian parents have to say about our community:

“I am sure that Marian Staff are life savers. There is nothing like having your own village. I really could not thank Marian enough. I’m grateful for everyone my daughter meets who lifts her up, protects her, and works hard to secure her future. I am forever grateful for Marian and Marian staff, because without the Marian village, some things would be impossible.”

“I am so grateful for Marian. I have the privilege of having two Marian girls. They have been exposed to so many opportunities that have helped them grow, encourage their creativity, and pushed them to success. It’s a great feeling to send your children to a school where staff truly care.”

“Will she find her voice and her confidence?”

Middle school is a time of huge change. We ensure that change is a transformation into a leader.

“Before Marian, I was very shy because I attended homeschool. My personality never flourished until I came here. Now I’m more outgoing and expressive, I have my own opinions that I voice, and I feel prepared.”

— Jahleah

“From the awesome teachers to the extracurricular activities— Marian is a powerhouse of female excellence! I am proud of my leadership skills and being a hard worker. I’ve learned that I’m capable of anything! I hope one day to attend Harvard or Howard University to study a career in architecture.” — Harmony

“How do we handle the high school and college pipelines?”

You don’t have to navigate the complex world of applications, fees, and testing alone. We walk with you.

“The Graduate Support Team at Marian was vital to my success in high school. No matter what I needed, they were able to provide: dual enrollment classes, ACT fees, college application fees, and the prestigious and highly competitive Washington University College Preparatory Program. Marian stood alongside my family and me through this entire journey.” — Nakaila

“I learned from Marian’s inspirational teachers who encouraged me to be a leader. They helped me set my sights on a bright future. Ms. Harris on the Graduate Support Team has mentored me through the college application process, helped me with college essays, and helped me gather letters of recommendation. She helped me sign up for the ACT and SAT, which Marian’s Graduate Support Program paid for me to take.” — CarlyRae

“Is this a legacy I can build for my whole family?”

Marian isn’t just a three-year school; it is a tradition of excellence that changes the trajectory of entire families.

“I am the fifth member of my family to come to Marian! After witnessing how the school empowered my four older cousins to be successful through middle school, high school and college, I knew Marian was the place for me.” — Jazmia

Rayne

“The past year made me realize that I could do more than I thought I was capable of doing. I know I can step up to the plate. I always knew I was a leader, but Marian teachers helped me bring it out even more and become the person I am today. Now I lead for my younger siblings.” — Rayne

Rayne is the fourth in her family to experience the life-changing effects of being a Marian Girl. Her sister Nautica became her high school valedictorian, while her sister LaDaria cares for patients as a successful registered nurse at Christian Hospital. Today their tradition of success continues.

Marian Middle School is accepting applications.
