Colleen Dille is honored to join the Marian community for the 2024-25 school year, embracing the values of her all-girls Catholic education from Rosati-Kain High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in education from the University of Kentucky and began her teaching career at the largest middle school in Nashville, Tennessee. Her commitment to education and social justice then led her to Chicago, where she served as a Cabrini Mission Corps missioner with the Interfaith Community for Detained Immigrants.

In 2014, Dille returned to St. Louis, where she combined her passion for education and advocacy as the education coordinator at Good Shepherd Children & Family Services. In this role, she worked to ensure educational equity for pregnant and parenting teens, foster youth, and students experiencing housing instability. She later transitioned to teaching middle school math and science, focusing on breaking down barriers to student success in these subjects.
