(KBB average market value is $1,300)
This electric start, eco-friendly motor scooter has been lovingly refurbished by Marian’s STEM class, and is the second of which to be refurbished by the Girls, totaling more than 300 hours worth of work. According to Cycle Trader, it rocks a liquid-cooled four-stroke Honda engine that offers the kind of Honda reliability no other scooter in the class can touch. With an efficient 100 mpg, and only 3,000 miles on its engine, this motor scooter will go, go, GO for another 30,000 miles. The scooter has passed a 40-point inspection by our partners at Mungenast, has 2 brand new tires, has received a recent oil change, new filters, carburetor cleaning & tuning and new paint in collaboration with Ranken Technical College. Both thrifty and secure, this lockable vehicle is the perfect vehicle for a college student on campus, getting groceries or running errands. Learn more …
Proceeds will help the girls purchase their next vehicle to refurbish – maybe even a car – considering they’ve already refurbished a motorcycle! The foundations that our girls receive in STEM projects empower them to advance more quickly through their high school, college and career journeys. Over 90 percent of Marian’s entire student body lists STEM career fields as their top career field of choice.
We double-dog-dare you to ride anywhere on this scooter and not show up with a huge smile on your face. It’ll make zooming around the best part of your day!
