Erin Gunn grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Webster University. Erin has also taken additional graduate courses in Education from University of Missouri-St. Louis to earn a School Counseling Certification. Erin has worked with students at all education levels and has been working in the education and counseling fields for more than 20 years. She has worked with students and families from vastly diverse cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. Erin has expertise in the area of child development and spent six years providing Developmental Testing for Washington University School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. In addition to her background in school counseling and testing, her experience has included developing and implementing prevention programs for all levels of students, providing parent education, and facilitating after-school and summer programs. In addition, she has experience in crisis management working with Life Crisis Services. She has a wealth of resources and referrals that she can offer Marian Girls and their families. Erin joined the Marian family in July 2017 as Counselor, and is available to assist both students and families five days per week to ensure students are successful academically, socially, and personally.
